Nuclear Free NZ

This is my work. The task was to create a poster about NZ being nuclear free. I have not yet finished this I still have to finish drawing somethings and color it all in but I am happy with how it looks at the moment.

Communism and Capitalism

Communism is all about the state. This would include things like working only for the state, no-one would be able to criticize the state, there would only be one political party, we would only make as many products as we need no more no less. 

Capitalism is all about freedom and choice for everyone. This would include things like people would be free to start their own businesses and make some profit, there would be a variety of political parties for people to vote for and we would get to make as many products as we can and sell them for profits that we can keep.

Mr Loomis Diary Entry

I a still stuck in my underground lab/bunker. A few days ago I finished making the safe suit. Last night Edward put it on and was going to sneak out to try and find his wife and son. I had been watching him over the period of time when I was making the safe suit. He was always interested in how the construction was going and when it would be finished. I did not trust his so the night when I finished making the safe suit I got a sleeping bag and slept by the door of the bunker incase he was going to steal it. That night he did not come but the next night he did. Around about 1:00 in the morning I heard a creaking noise like footsteps. The next thing I knew he was 2 steps away from me wearing the safe suit and I was holding a gun pointing it at his chest. I was threatening him to take the safe suit off otherwise I would shoot him. He was not going to use the suit that took ages to make to visit his dead wife and son. In the end I did shoot him and I am glad that I did so now I can go and find somewhere else to live.

This is what I think the valley looks like in a book called z for Zachariah that we have just finished reading in class.
